How It All Works?

About Data

We use our system to make the telemarketing calls, so we need an actual database/ spreadsheet of prospective customers to be able to import into our system. Most of our clients export their customer data. If you do not have such data, we can procure data on your behalf based on what you need. Additional fees will apply.

Booking Your Campaign

If you wish to book in your campaign you will need to complete our campaign brief. The Campaign Brief form is used as the main document to construct your campaign including using it for any script development. It is specifically designed to enable us to complete your campaign. Please ask us to send this to you.

Campaign Preparation

Once we have received your Campaign Brief, we will require a deposit to lock in your campaign into our scheduling then use your Campaign Brief to construct your campaign and train our staff. This also includes script design if required.

During this phase we carry out the following tasks;

  • An internal 4 hour strategic planning session covering all information within your brief.
  • Up 4 hours for design of your telephone script.
  • Up to 3 hours for testing script with internal role plays.
  • Up to 2 hours for your campaign to be uploaded into our system and customised specifically for your campaign which includes assigning relevant results outcomes for each call, set call times, email templates, and any custom field adjustments and retesting.
  • 30 minutes to clone your live campaign and setup a testing campaign for our staff to train with prior to being ready to go live.
  • Once all passed internally, we then conduct a final 2 hour training session to ensure all aspects of the campaign are covered.
  • After this setup period, we are ready to commence. This does not include any last minute client changes required which would add further time to setup.

NOTE: The above activities are completed only after receipt of deposit.


Commencement is subject to any other project that has locked in their campaign with a deposit and current workloads at the time. However, on average we can commence within a week.

During The Campaign

Our process involves attempting to reach all target prospects within the assigned maximum campaign hours. During the campaign you will receive all the leads we generate in real time.

If required, you are able to make minor script variations during the campaign, however script changes will cause delay and can take up to 1-2 days to implement and a further half day for re-training.

Campaign Conclusion

At the conclusion of your campaign you would receive all the details of the campaign including the results, findings and recommendations. We stand by our results and do not ask our clients to commit to any long term contract. Instead we believe in developing long term relationships with our clients without long term binding contracts by demonstrating outstanding results.
