HOW WE SETUP YOUR APPOINTMENTS

1. YOUR CALENDAR

You provide access to your calendar for us to be able to login remotely. This option is not ideal as it takes us extra time for data entry. Once in our system (for reporting) and then in yours. This will lead to a decrease in our productivity.

2. OUR CALENDAR

You work out with your staff to allocate and set aside some block hours on selected days of the week, for us to make appointments into our system.

For this to work we need a central email address where all appointments will be sent. And we also need all appointment times and days to be the same for all consultants/ reps.

3. GOOGLE CALENDAR

If each consultant/ rep has their own google calendar, we can link to this and send appointments into your calendar as we update ours. Also any appointments your consultants/ reps make in their google calendars will update ours preventing any double bookings.

4. NO SET APPOINTMENT TIMES

The final option offers the most flexibility and simplicity. We bring a prospect/ customer to the point they have expressed interest in an appointment and have agreed to a call-back by the consultant/ rep to finalise a time. This option also captures commitment from those prospects/ customers that may not have immediate access to their calendar.
